"Walt Disney Pictures has finally released the teaser trailer for Tron Legacy, which originally screened as a surprise at last year’s Comic-Con. Joseph Kosinski originally shot the footage as a test to prove his vision for the long-in-development sequel to the mouse house. The studio executives were impressed enough to screen the test trailer to fans at the 2008 Comic-Con, which became the surprise hit of the convention."
This is NOT Tron 2, but some test footage made to prove to Disney that a sequel was worth doing.
