Aaron's been talking silly, I think. It really, really wouldn't work to bring him back now, because he wouldn't have enough motivation to be angry anymore - he'd probably just be really sad at having killed all those people (those 5 officers that were referred to, and we still don't know anything about). I don't think they'll bring him back. But, it is true that we never saw definitive proof he was totally dead. The funeral could have easily been a cover.
