Maybe it's a failing on my part, but I'm having quite a bit of trouble getting excited about this film. The marketing campaign has also been reasonably non-existent, as far as I can tell, plus it looks like Christian Bale isn't doing much, if any, press, around the release. Do the studio smell a stinker? Or maybe they think that Depp and Bale with Tommy guns pretty much sells itself! And they're probably right...
