I really hope this doesn't happen. Especially the Kirk thing - it would take the coolness and newness of the new franchise backwards several steps. Let's have new stuff! Khan maybe, but the whole augments thing was done in Enterprise, and turns out it's not that exciting. The Borg could work though! Or just a kick ass Klingon film.
